I got this package deal where it came with both photoshop and premiere and from what I understand, premiere is more for videos. But does it matter which I download if I just want to work with pictures?What's the difference between Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4?
Photoshop Elements manipulates images.
Premier Elements makes movies.
If you want to work with images you need Photoshop Elements.
