in my opinion its all just gona be the same,just different navigation to make things easier and different features that only a few people use
also its in the skill of a person, you may have the best product there is..but if your not good..then its not worth it

Photoshop is overkill just for making website banners. Photoshop elements is cheaper, easier to use, and does most of what photoshop does.
Just get elements, if that is all you want it has more than enough capability
The last version is the best.
