What is the difference between photoshop and photoshop elements?

Photoshop Elements has been tailored for home use, with a slightly different interface and a much cheaper price.

Photoshop / Photoshop extended is the more expensive, fully featured proffesional version.

You can read about the features of each on the adobe website.

Goodluck :)What is the difference between photoshop and photoshop elements?
Photoshop Elements is tailored for the everyday person and people who generally don't know a lot about computers. You'd normally use it to edit photos (remove red-eye etc.) there isn't that much else it can do though If I'm honest. Its a no frills program compared with Photoshop which targeted towards professionals. The program has a lot more tools, more expensive and personally if I'm very difficult to get the hang of (its like the language equivalent of a computer program, quite simple to learn the basics but to master it takes ages)
