I recently saw a website with a very nice effect in a photo. It actually can reflect the same image in the bottom of the picture. Like when you go to the field and in the shore of a lake you can see the reflex of a mountain on the water. What is that effect? Is it photoshop?Photoshop?

You can create a mirrored or reflection effect as if there were water in front of almost any image using PhotoShop.
I have photoshop too, but I use this program (sqirlz) that allows you to produce the effect your are looking for. You could download a filter, but this program has awesome realistic water effects that takes only minutes to create. Adjust the settings to the desired effect and you should be good to go.
