I know you cant exactly copy it, cause that depends on the artists skill.
but is there any tips, any exact brushes that I could use or something?
thanks in advance.Photoshop?
Use magic wand...Photoshop?
A lot of these type of images are made with a graphics tablet this gives the artist the proper flow in the wrist to draw how they normally would on paper.
Some tablets also has the advantage of being pressure sensitive so you get thick and thin lines as you draw that is how they create such a natural brush look.
Deviantart is a pretty friendly community if you write to the artist they may give you some extra tips exactly how they do their work.

these type of drawings can be done various ways and combined, if only within photoshop you would practice using airbrush, and pen tool to path, and with layers and masking, blending, and other effects can help achieve these results,
~there are other programs and tools that can be use before and after or instead of, along with a wacom type tablet,
Corel Painter X

Adobe - Illustrator CS3

Wacom Intuos3

~you could also use pencil, pen %26amp; ink, watercolor or markers, and scan then re-edit,
